Before older people can consider what services best fit their particular needs, they need to know as much as possible about each of these services. Beginning with a simple telephone call to one of our offices, an older person can receive up-to-date information on a wide range of community-based programs, volunteer opportunities, and any information or resource the senior is in need of.

Information and Assistance coordinators can assist the older persons or their caregivers in identify their needs and place them in contact with appropriate community resources or service providers. Follow up activities are included such as making sure the older person was able to receive the service or help the older person obtain the service.

Information and Assistance is free to all persons over 60 and their caregivers.
