Donation of King Size Handmade Tie Quilt by Eldon Ooton. After reading an article in the newspaper about Senior Services of Effingham County Transportation program`s funding, Mr. Ooton called to donate one of his quilts for a fundraiser. Thanks to Mr. Ooton’s generous donation Senior Services of Effingham County will be ...holding a Quilt Raffel and all proceeds will go to benefit the Transporation program .
